Do we meet before you watch my dog?
We always prefer a Meet & Greet prior to care, however there are certain circumstances that arise when we choose NOT to meet first. At the minimum, we will ALWAYS talk on the phone prior to accepting a dog into our home.
How much do you charge for dog care, and is there a discount if I have more than 1 dog?
Please refer to AGREEMENT for current pricing, including multi – dog families, puppy rates and Holiday Care.
Will my dog be kept in a crate?
We will NOT use a crate for a dog who is unaccustomed to using a crate at home. We may use gates and doors to secure dogs in different areas of our home when necessary.
Do you accept puppies?
YES! We accept dogs of all ages, however he/she must be potty trained. If a puppy is still working on potty training, he/she will stay in a secured, non-carpeted area for easy clean up.
Do you accept all breeds and sizes?
No! We host small or medium size dogs in our home. The maximum weight is 40lbs. However, for walks or check ins - they can be any size. No aggressive or biting dogs.
Will you come to my house to watch my dog(s) while I am on vacation?
YES! We provide Check In Services or walks at your home if you live within close, reasonable driving distance.
Can I pay with cash at when I drop off my dog?
No. Payment must be made prior to care in order to secure your requested dates of care. I accept Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
I don’t have a scanner or fax machine. Can I send you your Forms in the mail?
Yes. You may also take a picture with your smart phone and text over the necessary documents. Your signed Agreement, Vet Release, and current Rabies records (if required) must be received by us in order to secure your requested dates of care.
